About the Role

Linfox is seeking a highly skilled People Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand our organisational culture and identify opportunities to enhance and strengthen our organisational design strategy.
  • Design, develop, and implement key initiatives that enhance our people experience and broader strategy.
  • Assess and enhance our organisational codes, policies, and programs, including our code of conduct, employee onboarding, employee feedback, and behaviour policies.
  • Lead and participate in projects that support business requirements and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies to keep employees well-informed and engaged.
  • Gather employee data and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders on critical areas or future initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering organisational change initiatives or strategies in a large and complex operational environment.
  • Tertiary level or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Employee Experience, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and influencing skills at all business levels.
  • Ability to gather and analyse employee data from various sources.
  • Investigative mindset and ability to work autonomously as well as within a dedicated team.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and legislation.
