Employment Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Employsure. As an expert in Employment Relations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment.
As a trusted advisor, you will support small to medium-sized businesses navigate their ER/HR challenges and provide expert guidance on complex workplace regulations. You will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Providing timely advice and recommendations to clients on Employment Relations matters.
- Partnering with clients to understand their ER/HR needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and providing practical recommendations to clients.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and meeting individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively communicate with clients.
- Formal qualifications in HR/IR or Law are highly regarded, but we also welcome applications from those with relevant working experience.
