Hotel Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
  • Welcoming and serving guests upon arrival
  • Maintaining guest accounts and assisting with inquiries
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Handling reservation enquiries and bookings
  • Guest check-in/out and resolving any complaints
  • Advising guests on local attractions and activities
  • Upselling and promoting hotel services

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Formalised training will be provided to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
