Role Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Clinic & Health Spa Receptionist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless client experiences and contributing to the success of our health spa and injectables clinic.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer care to guests and clients through proactive communication, empathy, and effective problem-solving.
    • Oversee clinic bookings and scheduling appointments efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
    • Manage daily tasks, including stock management and system entry, maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail.
    • Coordinate with the team to optimize clinic schedules, ensure seamless operations, and address any issues promptly.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and support when needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong background in reception or clinic coordination, with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
  • Outstanding organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
  • A keen interest in people, beauty, skin, and/or health and nutrition, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
