Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist - Specialist Geriatric Dementia Unit
- Our multidisciplinary team is seeking a skilled and motivated occupational therapist to work in the 2B Specialist Geriatric Dementia Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre.
- The successful candidate will have a passion for geriatrics and dementia, with expertise in managing complex cases and a collaborative approach.
About You:
You are a skilled and motivated occupational therapist with a passion for leadership and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level professional judgement, clinical reasoning, and skills to the clinical management of patients with significant levels of complexity.
- Work collaboratively with a broad and diverse range of multi-disciplinary health professionals within the largest health system in South Australia.
- Provide clinical leadership, education, coordination, and support for patients, staff, and agencies.
Qualifications:
- An appropriate degree or equivalent which entitles registration as an occupational therapist by the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
