**Job Title Overview**

We are seeking a Systems and Infrastructure Manager to join our ICT team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing reliability, security and performance of IT systems, network infrastructure and technical resources.

The successful candidate will maintain and develop network and server infrastructure, provide excellent communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk, and ensure the functioning of all critical ICT systems and the smooth operations of the organization.

In collaboration with the Head of ICT, this role will ensure that technology systems are reliable, secure, compliant and responsive to the needs of users.

The Systems and Infrastructure Manager will deliver positive customer service to end-users through a strong understanding of business processes and requirements of ICT systems and infrastructure.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills to fill this key role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing network and server infrastructure;
  • Providing excellent communication, troubleshooting and support through Help Desk;
  • Ensuring the functioning of all critical ICT systems;
  • Collaborating with the Head of ICT to ensure technology systems are reliable, secure and compliant.
