  • Manage commercial, retail, and industrial properties, working closely with Property, Finance, and Project Teams to achieve key performance indicators.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Administration:
    • Process rental arrears, provide regular reports, and ensure billing accuracy.
    • Review lease audits, carpark management, and Tenant Information Forms (TIFa), implementing lease term increases and charges as necessary.
    • Approve and arrange timely payment of building-related invoices.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including raising purchase orders and coordinating inspections.
  • Process Management:
    • Maintain tenancy schedules, ensuring up-to-date insurance, and handle tenant correspondence efficiently.
  • Relationship Building & Communication:
    • Work closely with tenants to address complaints or requests, maintaining open communication and clear delegation of tasks and information.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Ongoing portfolio performance optimization.
    • Monitoring tenant compliance with lease obligations.
    • Managing and directing tenant queries.
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Providing support to Property teams as needed.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field (desired).
    • Experience in commercial Property Management/Facilities Management (desired).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office platforms.
