Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head of Research to lead our security research team, shaping the way we conduct vulnerability research while maintaining flexible arrangements. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying targets based on commercial and strategic needs, contributing to the continuous improvement of our research practices, and rebuilding and expanding a small team of highly skilled vulnerability research and security engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the security research team, driving innovation and excellence in vulnerability research.
  • Develop and implement strategies for identifying targets, ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure research is conducted efficiently and professionally.
  • Rebuild and expand the research team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain supporting documentation and procedures for research projects.
