We're currently constructing some of Australia's most iconic projects, including the Black Hill to Tomago M1 and Gold Coast Light Rail.
In regional NSW, we're seeking a Contracts Administrator for an upcoming $450m water infrastructure project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, particularly in the construction industry.
This role involves interpreting contracts, drafting correspondence, and identifying potential claims.
A strong understanding of engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management principles is essential.
As part of our team, you'll work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You'll be responsible for monitoring notifications, correspondence, and site-related notices as specified in the contract.
Effective communication skills are crucial in this role, along with the ability to work in a team environment.
To succeed, you'll need a tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management.
At least 3 years of experience in project contract administration is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Our company offers a competitive salary range, estimated to be around $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
In addition to a salary, we offer great leave benefits, including 18 weeks paid parental leave and up to 18 weeks of superannuation paid on further periods of unpaid parental leave.
