Industrial painters with a passion for delivering top-tier blasting and coating services have an exciting opportunity to join our team on a major Marine and Defence project located on Garden Island.

As a Painter Blaster, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for surface preparation using various techniques, including water blasting, sandblasting, mechanical tools, and needleguns. Your tasks will also involve repair and maintenance work, including climbing in and around pipes, underneath deck plates, and confined spaces.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical specifications. Reliable, physically fit, and a strong team player are essential qualities for this position. Surface preparation and coating techniques, as well as experience with industrial painting, particularly in marine environments, are highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment while adhering to strict safety protocols and meeting project quality standards.
