At Alfabs, we are committed to setting industry standards. As a leading provider of surface preparation and painting services, we seek trade-qualified Painter/Blasters to join our Site Services division in Sydney and Newcastle.

We offer both Permanent and Casual roles, reporting to our experienced Site Superintendent (Paint). You will have the opportunity to be part of a true crew, working together to achieve exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant trade qualification or certification in surface preparation and painting.
  • Experience with abrasive blasting (grit/sand blasting) to clean and prepare metal surfaces according to industry standards.
  • The ability to apply industrial coatings, primers, and protective paints using airless, conventional spray equipment, brush, and roller.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • A commitment to quality assurance and safety standards.
