Technical Account Manager Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join Deputy as a Technical Account Manager, working with a leading company in AU. The role involves ensuring seamless technical assistance and project delivery, working closely with global teams to resolve customer and employee challenges.

This is a pivotal role in the company's continued growth and success. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, follow-up skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key intermediary between Support, Delivery Services, and Engineering teams
  • Prioritise and triage custom work inquiries
  • Provide technical solutions for custom work requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts
  • Support Senior Technical Account Managers in creating reference materials and problem/solution slides
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-up skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities
  • Prior experience in technical support and application troubleshooting
  • Effective team player with experience working across departments and with various stakeholders
