About this Role

This hybrid position combines in-person collaboration with flexibility, empowering our team members to excel in a dynamic environment.

  • Develop scalable, accessible, and consistent design patterns that balance technical constraints with real user needs.
  • Closely collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to evaluate, iterate, and optimize overall UX and deep user flows.
  • Cultivate a high-bar design culture rooted in quality, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Champion design excellence through clear communication of principles, research insights, and measurable business outcomes.

We're seeking an experienced Design Systems Lead to build, document, and evolve a unified design system utilizing AI tooling to drive consistency, accessibility, and speed across our product.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in design, interaction, or a related field.
  • 4+ years shipping SaaS products, with at least 2 years of experience owning or contributing to a cross-platform design system.
  • Mastery of Figma, including variables, modes, design tokens, and component libraries.
  • Deep understanding of how AI can transform the way we work and build a world-class experience.
