Lead Product Design Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Design Strategist to spearhead end-to-end design for complex financial products. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in product design, preferably in the financial sector, and a proven track record of driving user-centred solutions that drive real business impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for turning ambiguous challenges into scalable, customer-centric solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven designs. They will have expertise in designing complex financial products and a deep understanding of the financial industry.
