We're seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our finance team, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Lead the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-8 years of finance/accounting experience with progressively expanded scope
  • Strong understanding of USGAAP, Local GAAP, and internal control requirements
  • CPA/CA certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
