As an Account Growth Manager, you will partner with our Senior National Account Manager to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and deliver exceptional results across the General Pharmacy channel.
- Maximise your categories, optimising sales and revenue opportunities.
- Develop strong partnerships with pharmacy customers to deliver strategic promotions and new product launches.
- Analyse sales performance and category trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Support financial and stock forecasting, ensuring trade investments meet expectations.
You will be responsible for owning your portfolio end-to-end, building trust with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering results through insight, collaboration, and hustle.
Requirements:- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and numeric skills with knowledge of Circana/Nielsen a plus.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel skills at an intermediate to high level.
- A background in FMCG and pharmacy channel experience is highly regarded.
