Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a great experience
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for team members and customers
  • Carrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
  • Ensuring the sorting equipment is running efficiently by removing and replacing collection bins as they fill up
  • Monitoring the recycling centre for any hazards and reporting concerns as they arise
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required by management


Qualifications

To be a successful candidate, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

- A passion for recycling and the environment

- A keen eye for detail and motivation to maintain a clean work environment

- The ability to champion safety, ensuring everyone returns home safely

- Experience in face-to-face customer service

- Physical fitness, with some manual lifting required
