Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic Opportunity

A dynamic and experienced Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic is sought to join our team.

Our organization provides innovative waste management services, prioritizing employee, customer, and environmental safety.

  • Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose, and repair complex systems on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment, including diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance inspections; troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild major components on vehicles and equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a skilled Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic.
  • Desirable skills include hydraulics expertise and proficiency with diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, Peterbilt, and Paccar.
  • Experience in engine and transmission maintenance, repairs, and overhaul.
  • Knowledge of chassis component repairs, air brake system, suspension, drivetrain, and steering components.
  • Familiarity with exhaust system maintenance equipped with DPF systems.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to corporate and OSHA standards.
  • Assist with service calls for breakdowns and provide own tools.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.
