Job Description
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Analyze long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.

Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent area) with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as Senior Developer role on Salesforce platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including sales clouds, service clouds, marketing clouds, etc.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.
  • Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.
  • Ability to direct the implementation efforts according to architecture design.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process.
