**Role Overview**: As the lead coordinator for student life & leadership, you will manage the student life team, which delivers leadership, social events, orientation, clubs and societies, and volunteering programs for all students across Victorian campuses and online.

The role involves collaborating with the student life team and wider university to encourage student participation in program development and event delivery. This fosters students' leadership capabilities and supports successful employability outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**: Coordinate various programs and events simultaneously, including orientation, open day, and social and inclusive events. Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners to maximise student involvement and development. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Experience with workflows is desirable. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential for success in this role.
