Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR procedures and policies.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR procedures, onboarding new staff members, updating organisational structures, conducting performance reviews, and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR procedures and policies
  • Onboard new staff members as needed
  • Update organisational structure
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to managers on performance management
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist roles
  • A HR qualification is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently
