Job Title: Support Worker

Integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing domestic assistance, intimate personal care, and transportation to our clients, while also implementing health and wellbeing initiatives and services that support their care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including household chores and meal preparation
  • Assist with intimate personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Implement health and wellbeing initiatives and services, such as exercise programs and nutrition planning
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal health and wellbeing outcomes
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability, or equivalent
  • Medication assist module desirable
  • Flexible approach to a range of working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Confidence in using technology, including smartphones and email
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal Record Check
