We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team in Sydney.

As a key member of our legal team, you will provide strategic legal guidance on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience as a lawyer, with a strong background in corporate law. You will be admitted to practice in Australia and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

A successful Senior Corporate Counsel will lead and manage legal affairs within the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks.

About the role:

  • Advise on all legal aspects of corporate transactions, including corporate structuring, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks in business transactions and activities.
  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and proactively advise management on potential legal risks and implications.
