About the Position

As an Infrastructure Development Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating civil infrastructure projects, managing staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, drafting project scopes and procurement procedures.

  • Project Management: Coordinate the maintenance of civil infrastructure and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to WHS regulations and implement risk management strategies.
  • Procurement & Contract Management: Draft project scopes, manage RFQs, and oversee vendor processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in civil construction, infrastructure maintenance, or local government projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of WHS regulations, contract management, and civil infrastructure.
  • Bonus: Local government experience highly regarded.
  • Must have: A valid Class C driver's license.
