Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EHS professional to provide comprehensive support in driving a culture of safety and sustainability at Northrop Grumman Australia.

About the Role: As an EHS Advisor, you will be responsible for implementing the NGA Work Health, Safety, and Environment Management Plan, managing safety management and training documentation, and planning and conducting inductions.

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining the NGA Work Health, Safety, and Environment Management Plan
  • Managing safety management and training documentation, including hazard and risk assessments
  • Planning and conducting inductions for new employees
  • Supporting program delivery activities through field planning and verification
  • Improving our environment, health, and safety management system documents
  • Providing guidance on EHS policies, procedures, objectives, and standards

About You: As an experienced EHS professional, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and passion for ensuring excellence in environment, health, and safety. You have demonstrated experience in managing incident investigations and hold a Lead Auditor Certificate in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001.
