Rehabilitation Consultant Opportunity

Rehab Management, a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation services, is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey, providing expert guidance and advocacy to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support.
  • Prescribe and implement equipment and modifications to enhance functional ability and independence.
  • Provide education and support to individuals, families, and caregivers to promote successful rehabilitation and reintegration into daily life.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration and a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, client-centered care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
