Job Overview

This key leadership role oversees the entire service delivery process, ensuring high-quality results, timely completion, and cost-effectiveness for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the service delivery function to achieve organisational objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategic service delivery plans and frameworks.
  3. Improve service processes and customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and improve service outcomes.
Leadership and Strategy
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  2. Lead and mentor the sales team to foster a culture of performance, accountability, and customer focus.
  3. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Operational Excellence
  1. Oversee key account management and client engagement strategies.
  2. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
  3. Provide overarching strategic direction for all frontline service delivery units.
  4. Integrate operations across care centres, claims, corporate sales, and contact centre.
People Leadership
  1. Deliver leadership coaching and support team development.
  2. Identify and implement improved ways of working.
  3. Make decisions aligned with company objectives in line with delegations.
Experience and Skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or equivalent experience and industry training.
  • Strong strategic planning, operational analysis, and customer service orientation.
  • Expertise in change management and team integration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership coaching capabilities.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the service delivery function, developing and implementing strategic plans, and improving service processes and customer experience.
