Job Title: Operational Oversight Associate

The Operational Oversight Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation and administration of strategic operations initiatives, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Platform Oversight team to leverage subject matter expertise and knowledge, ensuring the integrity of Platform operations is maintained.
  • Independently identify and resolve complex operational issues, applying critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Oversee operating procedures, monitor operational metrics, and ensure timely processing aligns with daily goals.
  • Develop team processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and performance of control activities, supporting regulatory and platform obligations.
  • Provide training support and assistance as needed to foster the growth and development of team members.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment characterized by open communication, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and effective change management in line with new ways of working.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with external clients and business partners, including third-party vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with third-party vendors to facilitate effective communication, provide feedback, action items, and enhance oversight controls for outsourced vendor relationships.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Investment Operations, Registry, and/or Oversight Functions.
  • Able to think critically and make informed decisions, leveraging problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards building and managing stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships.
  • A desire to learn, ability to self-direct work, and eagerness to contribute to team success.
