  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractor trades, developing and managing project programming and buildability, maintaining excellent communication skills, and supporting a strong commitment to OHS best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

Act as Site Manager on high-profile projects in Melbourne's inner South East. Oversee all subcontractor trades and delegate work across foreman and Leading Hand resources.

Buildability and Forecasting

  • Develop and manage project programming with the ability to forecast design and construction issues before they arise.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience running commercial construction projects at Site Management level in Victoria. A stable work history with a demonstrated background of starting and completing projects with the same employer is also essential.
