Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of high-value industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria, with a strong track record of budget and time management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery, from inception through commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Team Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Scheduling and Budget Control: Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and subcontractors, providing regular updates on project progress and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
  • Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10–25 million range.
  • Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
