Are you a passionate Project Officer, with exceptional communication and administrative skills? Look no further, as we have the role for you

**Our client**:
Work with one of Melbourne's most iconic and prestigious brands, where you will join their growing Operational Performance Group - a centre of excellence in business transformation.

As the Project officer you'll provide administrative and communications support for transformative projects within the organisation. You'll work closely with project managers to plan, coordinate, and deliver initiatives.

**Key responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)**
- Design and develop project reporting documents (PPT) for stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ideally other design software.
- Work effectively across multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and written skills with a professional demeanour.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including senior executives.
- Utilise AI tools to enhance tasks & continuously improve work methods.
- Provide secretariat support (reports, minutes, agendas, follow-up) for meetings & workshops.
- Support project management framework by managing tasks, risks, and actions.
- Assist project leads with administrative tasks like access & permissions management.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Writing**: Excellent written skills with diverse style and audience adaptability.
- **Communication**: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate project information to stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Creative and collaborative approach to business challenges.
- **Teamwork**: Strong interpersonal skills for working in a dynamic team environment.
- **Planning & Organisation**: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritising and planning work.

**Desirable Skills**:.
- Experience in higher education, government or similar complex settings.
- Project management knowledge and tools (Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with AI tools for administrative efficiency.
