About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our risk framework requirements are met and the business operates within risk appetite.
  • Work closely with the EDB community to identify, understand, and manage issues and incidents across the portfolio, driving insights to prevent future issues and incidents.
  • Assist in managing strategic relationships with internal and external parties to ensure effective implementation and initiatives in reducing and resolving complaints.
  • Set expectations and manage data quality, including RiskInSite, to provide senior business leaders with insights on monthly management reporting and regulatory reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the business operating environment by using data to generate insights and reports.
  • Lead and coach team members to identify, initiate, and manage actions to mitigate risks and strengthen the control environment, including issues identified through audits and other external processes.

About You:

  • You have the ability to analyze/identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
  • You possess influencing and consulting skills.
  • You can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a strong knowledge of Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks.
  • You have an advanced understanding and knowledge of the risk and control environment and framework with proven experience with operational and compliance risks.
  • A background in Data, Technology, or Product is preferred but not essential.
