The Sales Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, creating a positive customer experience, and achieving profitable results.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of sales professionals and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise store operations to drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer queries and ensure visual merchandise is presented to a high standard.
- Monitor and assist with web orders that come through to the store, including picking, packing, and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
- Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on consumer law and safety.
- Customer Focus – The ability to do everything through the eyes of the customer.
- Drives Results – Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
- Develops Talent – Identifying and developing talent to build careers and meet organisational goals.
