Role Overview

We seek an experienced professional to provide high-level coordination and strategic advice for senior executive relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice to senior executives on stakeholder engagement priorities.
  • Draft and coordinate briefings, correspondence, and reports that align with organisational objectives.
  • Lead and manage stakeholder engagement initiatives, including liaison with stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
  • Support the development and delivery of communications and engagement plans.
  • Manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and government relations.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to prepare high-quality advice and briefings under tight time frames.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships at the senior executive level with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
