Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Nominated Supervisor, adhering to Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of early childhood educators, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Ensure the centre meets health and safety standards, implementing necessary measures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Foster relationships with families, engaging them in their child's educational journey.
  • Oversee curriculum implementation, aligning it with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Manage documentation and staff training, streamlining centre operations.
  • Collaborate with the approved provider to achieve business and regulatory goals.
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check.
  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for early years education and creating safe environments.
