The Role This is a great opportunity for an experienced Childcare Centre Manager or Centre Director to lead a fantastic team and take Montessori Academy's already outstanding educational program to the next level.
This role is highly dynamic and fast paced, giving the right candidate the opportunity to work autonomously and truly make the service their own.
Key Competencies Strong understanding of industry legislation, compliance and regulations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of business management Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment Strong understanding of the importance of family communications Leadership and mentoring skills Excellent management skills Curriculum planning skills Understanding of the Montessori Philosophy Experience working with preschool aged children Passionate about implementing early learning programs Commitment to the holistic development of their class Essential Criteria Two or more years' experience managing a childcare service Current Working with Children Check Ability to work shifts between 7 : 30am - 6 : 00pm Monday - Friday First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one Understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes : National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Benefits for the Right Candidate Lucrative salary commensurate with experience Excellent career advancement opportunities Fantastic training and development programs Staff discounts (childcare fees, private health insurance, gym memberships and other goods and services)Generous budgets for resources Employee Access Program (EAP) for free company-sponsored mental health support Staff discounts (childcare fees, private health insurance, gym memberships and other goods and service from local businesses)Generous budgets for resources Supportive Management Team17.5% annual leave loading Think you have what it takes to join the Montessori Academy Team?
