The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Childcare Centre Manager or Centre Director to lead a fantastic team and take Montessori Academy's already outstanding educational program to the next level. This role is highly dynamic and fast paced, giving the right candidate the opportunity to work autonomously and truly make the service their own.

  • Curriculum planning skills
  • Understanding of the Montessori Philosophy
  • Experience working with preschool aged children
  • Passionate about implementing early learning programs
  • Commitment to the holistic development of their class

Essential Criteria

Two or more years' experience managing a childcare serviceCurrent Working with Children CheckAbility to work shifts between 7 : 30am - 6 : 00pm Monday - FridayFirst Aid Certificate or willing to obtain oneUnderstanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes : National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
