About the Role

We are looking for a confident and creative individual who can step up to ensure the success of client projects. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, clients, and the team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop timelines, budgets, and project strategies to meet client needs.
  • Creative Input: Provide innovative solutions and manage end-to-end project documentation and execution.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
  • Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and relationship management during the execution phase.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with senior leadership, clients, and the team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Team and Project Management:
  • Leadership: Lead small teams and mentor project coordinators to achieve project goals.
  • Sourcing: Source, brief, and manage suppliers, coordinating logistics, venues, and materials.
  • Event Execution: Ensure the successful on-site execution and post-event evaluation, including budget reconciliation in collaboration with the accounts team.
Operational Excellence:
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to processes and execution standards.
  • Compliance: Compile contact reports, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Professional Development:
  • Continual Improvement: Drive continual improvement and seek feedback for growth.
  • Trending Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and enhance problem-solving and creative skills.
