Our company is seeking a Commercial Property Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance across our Australian Real Estate portfolio.

The Commercial Property Specialist will report directly to the Director and be accountable for identifying and implementing opportunities to create value and generate incremental returns across our portfolio of commercial real estate assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Asset Strategy: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize property performance, increase value and reduce costs.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service.
  • Capital Expenditure Projects: Oversee the execution of capital expenditure projects, including refurbishments and new developments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience: In commercial property management, asset management or a related field.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree in property, land economics or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
