Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our national expansion, you will be responsible for identifying and securing suitable commercial spaces for lease. Your primary objective will be to conduct thorough property research, establish relationships with real estate agents and landlords, and negotiate lease agreements in alignment with business objectives.

About the Role
  • Conduct property research to find commercially viable spaces for lease across NSW and other states.
  • Build relationships with real estate agents and landlords to secure prime locations.
  • Schedule and attend property inspections to assess suitability.
  • Negotiate lease agreements on behalf of the company, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Create property reports detailing feasibility analysis and present findings to leadership.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
  • Support franchise location onboarding by ensuring smooth handover of secured properties.
