The ideal candidate will be based in Australia, but remote work is considered if based elsewhere in the country.

  • Foster customer-led growth by incorporating deep customer insights and engagement into product planning and prioritisation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on product strategy, including roadmap planning, feature prioritisation and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and grow a skilled team of Product and Technical Project Managers who work in a collaborative structure, promoting a culture of teamwork, creativity and excellence.
  • Analyse user feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product development decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with other leaders, aligning stakeholders around clear priorities and outcomes.
