Aged Care Support Professional

About the Role:

As an Aged Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering older Australians and individuals living with disabilities to live independently and with dignity.

  • You will assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support clients with mobility challenges while ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients to promote emotional and mental well-being.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and essential errands.
What We're Looking For:
  • Australian Certificate III or IV in Aged, Disability Care, Individual Support or similar, or Nursing Qualifications.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid Certificates (HLTAID009/0011).
  • Prior experience working in aged care or disability support is highly regarded.
