We are seeking a qualified professional to manage customer relationships and resolve outstanding accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers who have fallen behind on their car loan repayments via inbound and outbound calls
- Collaborate with customers to devise tailored payment plans and negotiate payments and settlements to resolve outstanding accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction through telephone and written correspondence
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activity across the business via the company database
- Evaluate compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines throughout the collections process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a collections or hardship role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Recent call centre experience is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
