Hospital Equipment Coordinator

As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospital staff, coordinating with customers and drivers, and navigating complex hospital environments to ensure prompt equipment retrieval.
This role requires strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. You will maintain accurate records in our logistics systems and problem-solve collection challenges when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff to streamline returns processes.
Coordinate with customers, drivers, and healthcare facilities for efficient collection.
Navigate complex hospital environments to ensure prompt equipment retrieval.
Maintain accurate records in our logistics systems.
Problem-solve collection challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or contact centre roles.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Solid organisational and prioritisation capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
