Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of hospitality fit-out projects on the Central Coast.

As a key member of our project team, you will ensure that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently, meeting our high standards for quality and timely completion.

  • Coordinate the on-site delivery of hospitality fit-out projects, working closely with subcontractors and clients
  • Schedule and manage materials, site logistics, and equipment
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
  • Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations for quality, timeliness, and budget
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • A minimum 3–5 years' experience in project coordination, preferably in the hospitality or commercial fit-out sectors
  • A trade background or relevant qualifications in building management
  • A strong understanding of construction programs, finishes, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
