">Key Responsibilities
">- Program Development: Work with our team of qualified early learning professionals to design and implement programs that promote learning and help children develop essential skills.">
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional care and education.">
- Centre Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including finance, HR, and facilities management.">
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the centre meets or exceeds quality assurance requirements by maintaining accurate records, conducting regular audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Education: Holds a Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.">
- Certifications: Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR & Asthma qualifications.">
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
- Leadership: Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.">
