Executive Director of Sales and Operations

V MAX PTY LTD is a leading Australian company specializing in the sale and distribution of electronic products and related equipment. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our business in expanding sales performance on online platforms, growing our product export business, and developing international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive business plans to drive growth and achieve sales in the Australian market and international market.
- Oversee Company Operations: Manage all aspects of the company's operation, including sales operation, export and import business, marketing campaigns, and sales team management to expand online platforms, maximize revenue, and market share in Australia and overseas.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, maximize brand visibility, and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure the company meets its financial goals and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, providing guidance and support to achieve company objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Market Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, both domestically and internationally, and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle, from selection and development to launch and post-sales support.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience as General Manager in a large organization.
- Candidate with sufficient management experience in manufacturing, production, import, and export industries is preferred.
- Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
- Well-organized, meticulous, able to work independently, and manage tight deadlines.
- Candidate with wide connections of resources in overseas markets is preferred.
- Candidate with experience in successfully funding or operating their own business is preferred.
