About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Supply Chain Operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing our company values and policies
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Contributing to maintaining a high standard of work environment

About You:

We are looking for a team player who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to follow instructions, be enthusiastic and have a great attitude. You should also be willing to learn and take on new challenges.

Working Arrangements:

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week. You will be required to work Saturdays and may be required to work additional hours during school holidays.
