Based in the Southeast Queensland Region, you'll report directly to the Sales Manager Market.

Each day will involve building and nurturing trusted relationships with top-tier construction companies and major government accounts to provide mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Establish yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and develop trusted relationships
  • Navigate client organisations and increase awareness of Coates Hire's offerings and solutions
  • Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Ideal experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government, or related industries
  • Self-starter with strategic thinking to drive results in a performance-driven environment
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Tendering and contract management experience
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills to formulate strategic plans
  • Appreciation for good stakeholder relationships
