We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Assistant G2 to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform duties in a professional manner with integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Conduct infectious clean procedures including VRE / Covid/ Gastroenteritis Terminal Cleans Upon Discharge as per infection control protocols.
- Provide patient care duties such as assisting with daily living activities, preparing patients for medical procedures, and promoting a positive patient experience.
- Maintain support service areas including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and reporting maintenance issues.
- Develop concise written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Utilize computer systems to maintain accurate records, complete tasks efficiently, and enhance patient care.
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude with the ability to work as a team member, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations.
- Develop highly developed interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Remain physically fit to perform job requirements and respond to emergencies.
- Completed Certificate III in Health (Patient Services) or equivalent qualification.
